For 15 years (2004-2019), Guy Managed the "Morasha" educational program, this operated in a hundred schools of all identities, promoted Beit Midrash pedagogy and discussions on identity in communities and trained teaching staff.

An educator and high school history teacher. Miriam was a partner in the establishment of a high school in the Gezer Regional Council. She leads youth trips to Poland, facilitates creative writing workshops, and teaches a Beit Midrash for Zionism.
She was an emissary for the Jewish Agency in Germany and worked on the national service program in the Diaspora.
Miriam is a graduate of the Kerem Institute for Teacher Training and holds a B. Ed and an M.A. in Jewish history.
Shlomi Perlmutter. Pedagogical coordinator and facilitator of seminaries.

Tzahali is a senior teacher of psychotherapy at Reidman College.

Adi Ben Ze’ev. Director of Elul Theater and Women's Mission.
Theater director and group facilitator, Adi is engaged in content building and writing and in the management and guidance of social and community projects in a range of fields in different frameworks.
Today, in addition to her work as the director of the Elul Theater, Adi works as a group facilitator and as an independent director with adult groups, mainly women.
Graduate of theater studies at Tel Aviv University and group facilitator course in Beit Midrashic education at “Kolot Banegev” and the Jacob Herzog Center for Jewish Education. Adi holds an M.A. in Jewish Studies from the Schechter Institute.

Facilitator in Elul since 1959 and partner in the establishment of the “Renewed Beit Midrash”, “Beit Midrash Writes”, and leads many other programs.
In recent years Naama has been dealing with the teachings of AD Gordon; learning and teaching about how to draw inspiration from his writing in our lives.
