Guy Gardi. Director.

For 15 years (2004-2019), Guy Managed the "Morasha" educational program, this operated in a hundred schools of all identities, promoted Beit Midrash pedagogy and discussions on identity in communities and trained teaching staff.
Guy is one of the founders of the "Beit Yisrael" community in the Jerusalem community of Gilo. 
Guy is one of the founders and directors of the pre-military preparatory school "Beit Yisrael" and volunteered there.
Graduate of Mandel Institute Educational Leadership School (2002-2004).
Holds an M.A. (Hebrew University and H.U.C) in Jewish - Pluralistic Education.

Miriam Levinovich. Educational Director.
Miriam coordinates the activities of the Beit Midrash, Learning Communities and student programming at Elul.
An educator and high school history teacher. Miriam was a partner in the establishment of a high school in the Gezer Regional Council. She leads youth trips to Poland, facilitates creative writing workshops, and teaches a Beit Midrash for Zionism.
She was an emissary for the Jewish Agency in Germany and worked on the national service program in the Diaspora.
Miriam is a graduate of the Kerem Institute for Teacher Training and holds a B. Ed and an M.A. in Jewish history.
Shlomi Perlmutter. Pedagogical coordinator and facilitator of seminaries.
57 years old, born in Kibbutz Mefalsim.
Facilitator and coordinator of the main Beit Midrash, a Learning Community, and teaching student groups. 
In the past, Shlomi also facilitated the Beit Midrash for teachers and advanced training for instructors at Elul and led various Learning Communities in Jerusalem and around the country: Modi'in, Bat Hefer and more.
Initiator of the Yom Haatzmaut Family Education Movement, Beit Midrash for Seniors in elementary schools, 'Ecological cemetery', 'Life in a movie' - discussion circles following movies, and more.
A devout Zionist, researcher of modern Zionist and Jewish thought.

Shir Nativ. Director of Logistics and Human Resources.
Resident of Bat Ayin, Gush Etzion. 
Shir was the logistics coordinator of the Yesodot organization, and the office director of the director general at the Gush Etzion Regional Council.
She is currently studying towards a B.A. in Communications at the Open University.
Shir is a graduate of the Center for Political Training 'Political Spokeswoman' course, a certified art instructor, and graphic artist.

Tzahali Tuvial Shechter. Office Manager.
Wife and mother.
Tzahali has been a therapist for 30 years in the field of physical psychotherapy, and in the various fields of mind- body. (Reflexology, deep tissue massage, extracts in you, guided imagery and more).
Tzahali is a senior teacher of psychotherapy at Reidman College.
Over the past four years, the field of phototherapy and the soul collage have also been Tzahali’s field of expertise. 

Adi Ben Ze’ev. Director of Elul Theater and Women's Mission.
Theater director and group facilitator, Adi is engaged in content building and writing and in the management and guidance of social and community projects in a range of fields in different frameworks.
Today, in addition to her work as the director of the Elul Theater, Adi works as a group facilitator and as an independent director with adult groups, mainly women.
Graduate of theater studies at Tel Aviv University and group facilitator course in Beit Midrashic education at “Kolot Banegev” and the Jacob Herzog Center for Jewish Education. Adi holds an M.A. in Jewish Studies from the Schechter Institute.
Adi is a resident of the Kiryat Yovel community, mother of Dror, Gilad and Alona and married to Yohai. 
Sarena Sacks. Fundraising Coordinator and Translator of educational materials.
Born and raised in Canada and made Aliyah in 2016.
Sarena is a studying towards an M.A. in Museum Curatorship and Museology at Ben Gurion University. 
Sarena holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from York University
Sarena has extensive experience working in museums and museum education, including Beit Hatfutsot and Yad Vashem.

Naama Shaked. AD Gordon Beit Midrash Facilitator.
Facilitator in Elul since 1959 and partner in the establishment of the “Renewed Beit Midrash”, “Beit Midrash Writes”, and leads many other programs.
In recent years Naama has been dealing with the teachings of AD Gordon; learning and teaching about how to draw inspiration from his writing in our lives.
Jerusalemite, mother of three and grandmother. Works in pottery and earthwork.

Dini Deutcsh. Facilitator of the Learning Community in Be'er Sheva.
Learns and teaches for 15 years in Renewed Batei Midrash.
Dini is a facilitator and lecturer in the fields of Judaism and life sciences.

Naama Plesser.

Founder and manager of 'Avodah Shebaguf” for ten years,
Mind- body therapist using the focus method.
Naama is active in the field of Mikvahs.
